2. Product Information

  • All products are 100% natural and formulated for specific hair types (Normal, Curly, Greasy, PCOS).
  • Ingredient lists are provided for each product. Discontinue use if irritation occurs and consult a dermatologist.
  • Note: Slight color/texture variations may occur due to the natural ingredients used.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Accepted payment methods: Credit/debit cards, UPI, NetBanking, PayPal.
  • Orders are processed 24-48 hours. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud or pricing errors

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • India: Delivered via trusted carriers (Delhivery, etc.) within 2-5 business days.
  • International: Currently unavailable (coming soon).
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free shipping on orders over ₹599.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Unopened products: May be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Damaged items: Email support@theherb.it with photos for a replacement/refund.
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after return approval.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content (logos, product images, text) is owned by Herb.it. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
  • User-generated content (reviews, photos) may be used for marketing unless you opt out.

7. Limitation of Liability

Herb.it is not liable for:

  • Allergic reactions (patch test recommended).
  • Delivery delays due to courier issues or natural disasters.
  • Misuse of products beyond intended purpose.
