1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under these conditions:
 Unopened/unused products: Within 7 days of delivery.
 Damaged/defective items: Report within 48 hours with photos.
 Opened products: Non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email support@theherb.it with:
    • Order number
    • Product photos (for damaged items)
    • Reason for return
  2. We’ll email a return authorization (if eligible).

Note: Returns sent without authorization won’t be processed.

3. Refund Process

  • Approved returns: Refund issued within 5-7 business days via original payment method.
  • Discounts: Only the final paid amount is refunded.
  • Shipping costs: Non-refundable unless the return is our error.

4. Exchanges

We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. For a different product:

  1. Return the original item.
  2. Place a new order.

5. Damaged/Missing Items

  • Email us within 48 hours of delivery with:
    • Order number
    • Photos of damaged packaging/product
  • We’ll replace or refund immediately.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened/used products (for hygiene reasons).
  • Free gifts or samples.

7. Eco-Friendly Returns

  • Reuse the original packaging if possible.
  • We recycle all returned materials responsibly.
