1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns under these conditions:
✅ Unopened/unused products: Within 7 days of delivery.
✅ Damaged/defective items: Report within 48 hours with photos.
❌ Opened products: Non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Email support@theherb.it with:
- Order number
- Product photos (for damaged items)
- Reason for return
- We’ll email a return authorization (if eligible).
Note: Returns sent without authorization won’t be processed.
3. Refund Process
- Approved returns: Refund issued within 5-7 business days via original payment method.
- Discounts: Only the final paid amount is refunded.

Shipping costs: Non-refundable unless the return is our error.
4. Exchanges
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. For a different product:
- Return the original item.
- Place a new order.
5. Damaged/Missing Items
- Email us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Photos of damaged packaging/product
- We’ll replace or refund immediately.
6. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened/used products (for hygiene reasons).
- Free gifts or samples.
7. Eco-Friendly Returns
- Reuse the original packaging if possible.
- We recycle all returned materials responsibly.
